Ads that pay off.Landing pages that sell.
I run paid ads and build landing pages for SMBs across the EU — one person owning the whole funnel. No vendor finger-pointing, no slide decks about 'work performed'.

Most businesses lose money not on ads. But on the seam between ads and the website.
Your media buyer drives 2,000 clicks. The site loads slow, the button blends into the background, the form has 9 fields. Out of 2,000 — 8 leads. Buyer says "leads are cheap, your site is the problem." Designer says "the site works, your leads are bad." The owner pays both. Nobody's wrong. Nobody grows.
I do both parts — because there's no clean seam between them. When the landing and the ads are built by one head, the metrics become one scale: how much went in, how much came back. No blame, no "not my zone," no two reports from different planets.
«The market goes to whoever owns the whole funnel.»
One brain, one funnel.
How I run a launch — in 4 steps
- 01
Audit and brief
Week 1I listen to the business model, the numbers from the last 90 days, the competition. I deliver a document: 'what I'm changing and why'.
- 02
Landing page or rebuild
Weeks 2–3Design on-brand (not a template), focused on one action, A/B-ready structure. Under 5 screens always beats 12.
- 03
Ads go live
Week 4Meta + optionally Google/TikTok. Minimum 3 audience segments, 6+ creatives tested. Budget reallocates by data, not by gut.
- 04
Ops and reporting
Monthly after launchEach week — a short report in plain language, not 'work performed'. Each month — a rebuild on fresh data.

Concept-event launch in Warsaw — at 7.46 zł cost-per-click out of the gate.
A premium beauty salon launches a closed event 'Conceptual Meeting' on June 1. Audience — women entrepreneurs 28–50, willing to pay for an unusual experience. Test budget: 500 zł over 7 days.
Built a custom landing — 'Velvet Threshold' (gold-on-black editorial: Cormorant Garamond + Montserrat), ran 4 audience segments in parallel: static and video × women-business and entrepreneurs. Reallocated budget by performance every 24 hours.

A platform for family business — the highest-stakes project.
This is my mom. Svitlana — owner of a beauty salon in Kyiv (Beauty Kamilla, Lisovyi neighborhood), who grew from 250,000 to 750,000 UAH monthly revenue in one year without raising her ad budget. She started packaging her method into a mentorship program for other salon owners.
First serious project — build the landing and the funnel for a free webinar 'Salon administrator as a manager who brings money', May 20, 2026. Stakes maxed out: this isn't a 'client', it's family. Can't half-do it.
Built not a template but a brand platform: bespoke design in her voice, smooth scroll animations, mobile-first, analytics and Meta Pixel — fully ready for ads. Plus 3D elements and real photo testimonials instead of stock.

Same salon as mom's (Beauty Kamilla, Lisovyi, Kyiv). Goal — drive bookings for 3 services (brows / lash lamination / combo) within a 7km radius on a $100 / 7-day budget.
Built the campaign programmatically through Meta Marketing API (Python script), not by hand in Ads Manager: 3 Ad Sets with different demographics and interests, 4 custom creatives (video + static) per segment, CBO + Engagement objective with conversations in Instagram Direct, UTM tags on Altegio for booking→show-up tracking.
After 3 days: $24 spent out of $98, already 106 booking-page views. Cost per click — $0.23 (market benchmark $1.00 — we're 4× under). Best creative 'Brows full set 700₴' — CPL $0.15. Forecast by end of week: ~80 bookings, ~56K₴ revenue, ROI ×14.
Ads turned profitable for the first time in two years. Stopped investing on hope — started counting.
Built the landing in a week — and the first sales came in that same week.
Doesn't explain what CTR is — just shows how much money came in this month.
One person closed what we couldn't find a contractor for in two years.
Explains the what and why plainly. No marketing bullshit — normal words, normal numbers.
Within a month I recouped the ad spend. Within three — my paycheck was a third higher.
Works fast but not careless — thinks for the business at every step, not just to check a box.

Who I am and why I do both parts
Nick Herasevych. A marketer based in Warsaw, originally from Ukraine. Studying in Poland, working with SMBs across the EU and Ukraine.
Started with design and frontend — then realized a landing without ads is dead, and ads without a landing are money out the window. Started doing both parts. That removes 90% of the 'not my zone' problems.
I take few clients but I take them seriously. One client on the full cycle, not ten on half-attention.
