Who collects this data
Nick Herasevych (nick.hrsv), independent specialist based in Warsaw, Poland. I am the sole data controller for everything submitted through this site.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send through the contact form: name, contact (email or @telegram-handle), what you need (ads / landing / combo / not sure), optionally a link to your site or Instagram. No ad network trackers, no remarketing. Analytics are anonymised page-view counts via Vercel Analytics (no cookies).
Why
To reply to your inquiry. That's it. Nothing is shared with partners, sold, or used for mailings.
Where the data lives
Submissions arrive in my personal Telegram via a bot (@nickhrsv_leads_bot). Vercel hosts the landing on EU servers (Frankfurt) under a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Addendum.
How long I keep it
Up to 12 months after our last contact. If we didn't start working together within that window, I delete the data. If you became a client, I retain records for tax and contractual reporting under Polish law (up to 5 years).
Your GDPR rights
At any time you can: request a copy of your data, request deletion, correct mistakes, withdraw consent, or file a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland — UODO). Send requests to limon4you1@gmail.com or @dnxweqs — I respond within 30 days.
